Membership Terms and Conditions

Memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise and commence on successful authorization of first payment.

All memberships will be renewed automatically until countermanded.

Cancellation or Changes of Membership

Cancellations or membership changes will only be accepted in writing at least two weeks before the end of the current membership period. Cancellations or requests to change a membership once orders have been shipped will not be processed until the following month.

Payment is due in full at the start of each membership period. Expired credit cards or other denial of your payment method by our Payment Service Provider will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your membership.

If you choose to cancel a membership during its term, you will forefit the outstanding portion relevant to the unfulfilled deliveries owing on the membership.

Termination of Membership

Without prejudice to any other right or remedy which may be available to it The Tie Club For Men may terminate your membership immediately if:
(a) You fail to make any payment to The Tie Club For Men within 14 (fourteen) days of the due date or you are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
(b) The Tie Club For Men has reason to believe your use of the website, products, or services are damaging the successful execution thereof.

In the event of a termination of your membership by The Tie Club For Men during its term, you will be refunded any outstanding portion already paid, relevant to the unfulfilled deliveries owing on the membership.

Upon termination The Tie Club For Men will cease to make any services available to you, all indebtedness to The Tie Club For Men shall become immediately due and you will forthwith return to The Tie Club For Men all documentation relating to the Services.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and quality men's ties. If you are not happy with your purchases for whatever reason, please notify us in writing within one year or 365 days of receiving the goods and we will make arrangements to replace or refund your order.

Unsatisfactory merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange of a replacement item of equal value.

Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be presented in writing within one year or 365 days of receipt of the unsatisfactory item.

In the case of refunds, your credit/debit card will be credited the full value of the item once it is received.

In the case of exchanges, a replacement item of equal value will be sent to you at no extra charge once the item is received.
